Wisconsin Democrats Welcome First Lady Jill Biden Back to Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. — Ahead of First Lady Jill Biden’s visit to Milwaukee today to attend Festa Italiana, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Ben Wikler released the following statement:
