WisDems Statement on Kari Lake’s Appearance in Milwaukee

MADISON, Wis. — Democratic Party of Wisconsin Rapid Response Director Arik Wolk released the following statement ahead of Kari Lake’s keynote speech at the Milwaukee County Republican Party’s summer luncheon today:

“Kari Lake is an ultra-MAGA, anti-abortion, election denier coming off an embarrassing election loss, so it’s no surprise the Milwaukee GOP invited her to come speak and represent their values. Today’s Wisconsin Republican Party is the party of Kari Lake, David Clarke, Donald Trump, and Ron DeSantis: in step with the far right wing and out of step with Wisconsin values.”
