MADISON, Wis. — Ahead of Donald Trump Jr.’s visit to Green Bay tonight to stump for Trump-endorsed Tony Wied, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Communications Director Joe Oslund released the following statement:

“Flying Donald Trump Jr. into Green Bay makes it plain that Tony Wied is running to be little more than a fully-owned Trump family subsidiary. In Congress, Tony Wied would rubber stamp all of the chaos and corruption Donald Trump brought to DC, from attacks on our democracy to handouts for the wealthy and big corporations. The 8th District deserves an independent voice in Congress—not Trump family subsidiary Tony Wied.”
