MADISON, Wis. — Yesterday, former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke took to the airwaves while guest hosting the Dan O’Donnell Show to trash California bank owner Eric Hovde for his flailing campaign, saying that Hovde is on a path to defeat.
