Ron Johnson Abuses Taxpayer Dollars Volume #2: Johnson Uses Thousands of Taxpayer Dollars to Cover Flights From Florida Vacation Home
MADISON, Wis. — Ron Johnson has a long history of using his powers in the Senate to rip off Wisconsin taxpayers to benefit himself. That includes using thousands of taxpayer dollars to pay for flights between his family’s $3 million dollar Florida vacation home and Washington D.C. Within last year alone, he took nine trips on the taxpayers dime.
“Ron Johnson is happy to rip off Wisconsin taxpayers all while complaining about only doubling his multi-million dollar fortune,” said Democratic party of Wisconsin Senate Communication Advisor Philip Shulman. “When Wisconsinites retire Ron Johnson in November, he can fly all he wants to Florida, but not at their expense.
