MADISON, Wis. — A new report from Spectrum News showed that Eric Hovde (R–Laguna Beach) was caught on camera in Orange County, California at a party for his $2.8 billion California bank on the day that NRSC Chairman Steve Daines confirmed that Hovde is going to run for Senate in Wisconsin.
