DNC Chair Jaime Harrison to Address WisDems State Convention
MADISON, Wis. — Today, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin announced Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison as a special guest at its 2024 State Convention in Milwaukee, to be held June 8th and 9th. Chair Harrison will address delegates during the convention’s main session the evening of June 8th.
“Wisconsin Democrats have no better friend than Chair Jaime Harrison, and I’m thrilled to welcome him back to Milwaukee to join us at our state convention,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Ben Wikler. “Thanks to Chair Harrison’s leadership and our steadfast partnership with the DNC, Democrats have accomplished big things in Wisconsin and across the country. In 2024, the stakes for Wisconsin, our country and democracy itself couldn’t be higher, and I’m grateful we have Chair Jaime Harrison to help lead us through another momentous election year.”
“In 2024, Wisconsin has the chance to make all the difference, reelecting President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Senator Tammy Baldwin,” said Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison. “While Donald Trump has yet to hire a single staffer or open a single office in one of the most critical battlegrounds on the map, Democrats in the Badger State are firing on all cylinders. I’m excited to join Democrats from across Wisconsin as we rally in Milwaukee and celebrate the tremendous party infrastructure that will power us to victory this November.”
