Following is the statement of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate on the leadership of Leader Mark Miller.
“Perhaps no elected official in Wisconsin has been as tested in the past few years as Sen. Mark Miller. On the front lines against the amassed wealth of the Koch Brothers and the special interests that have tried to turn Wisconsin into their petri dish, Sen. Miller has led a fight that has put the people first. There is no higher honor in our Democratic Party than to be compared to Midge Miller, and through his tireless efforts and conviction he has earned that distinction.
The people of Wisconsin and the members of our Party are grateful for his leadership in this great conversation we are having now over our values, and we look forward to his continued guidance.”
