MADISON – Following is the statement of Congressional challenger Rob Zerban in response to the radical Paul Ryan redistricting plan hatched in Washington without local participation:
“When it came time to end Medicare, Paul Ryan hatched his plan in Washington – NOT Wisconsin. Now, it looks like he’s done the same thing with redistricting, hatching a plan in Washington that has ALWAYS been done before in Wisconsin. I’m not sure what it is about Washington, but Paul Ryan has been there too long. His plans to bypass local participation, and hand over the process to party bosses, shows that Paul Ryan embraces Washington ways – NOT Wisconsin’s.”
