MADISON– The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that Tim Russell, longtime and ethically-challenged political operative for Scott Walker, is doing dirty work for Jeff Stone’s race for Walker’s third term as Milwaukee County Executive. Stone’s campaign is being typically mealy-mouthed on whether Scott Walker’s chief imp is getting paid or not.
