GOP Move to Minimize Assault
MADISON-Following their health care repeal disaster, House Republicans are now moving to limit the definition of “rape” in an effort to change laws about women’s rights to choose.
In their changes, a 12-year-old who is assaulted would no longer be considered a rape victim.
