Statement of DPW Chair Mike Tate on the Death of Rod Nilsestuen
MADISON – Following is the statement of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Mike Tate following the death of Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Secretary Rod Nilsestuen:
“The farmers and consumers of the Dairy State had no greater friend than Rod Nilsestuen. As we mourn his passing and pray for his family, we recognize the humble way he fought for farm families and for fairness for all Wisconsinites. His great legacy is stitched from the milk parlors to the checkout lines of Wisconsin. “
