Scott Walker Once Again Contradicts Himself
MADISON-Another weekend, another instance of Scott Walker talking out of both sides of his mouth.
This time, it was Walker’s hypocritical stance on the late-night voting in the Legislature. He railed against it, of course, but it didn’t take the Associated Press long to figure out Walker had voted FOR working late while he was in the Assembly, continuing a pattern of fact embroidering that has marked his career.
“He rails against stimulus spending, then takes tens of millions of dollars to plug his patchwork budget. And he makes the absurd claim that he eats lunch out of a brown bag, then feeds his face with $2,000 steak dinners and gives himself a $50,000 raise,” Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said Monday. “How many more times will Scott Walker try to deceive the public? My guess is that as long as his campaign lasts.”
