Talk About a Metaphor: Courthouse, Walker Record, in Shambles

“Whether it be historic debt, rising tax levies, poor services or ruined investments, Scott Walker has proven he is a terrible steward,” Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said Thursday. “He’s out campaigning while Milwaukee County literally is falling down on his shameful watch.”
