BREAKING: Ron Johnson Doubles Down on Allowing Cuts to Social Security and Medicare
MADISON, Wis. — In a new interview, Ron Johnson doubled down on his comments threatening to cut Social Security and Medicare and leave older Wisconsinites who have spent a lifetime paying into these programs out to dry.
“Ron Johnson is making it perfectly clear that if given the chance, he would cut Social Security and Medicare despite the devastating impact it would have on older Wisconsinites. During his years in D.C., Johnson has lost touch with Wisconsinites and voters will hold him accountable in November,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin Senate Communications Advisor Philip Shulman.
