If you would like to join one of our WisDems Caucuses or Youth-based party units, please fill out this form!

NOTE: Please be sure to fill the form out with the same name and contact information as you paid your membership dues with (this will match your name in your ActBlue profile). If we cannot match your name or contact information to a membership, we will not be able to add you to the relevant WisDems party unit.
