Salary: $5,000/month, $60,000 annually with a generous benefits package
Location: Madison or Milwaukee, WI (Please note: Employment with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin requires residence or willingness to relocate to the state of Wisconsin.)

The Opportunity: As a Trips Associate, you will help organize trips and surrogate operations in Wisconsin, supporting Democrats up and down the ballot. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, dedicated, and possess exceptional organizational skills. This position requires in-person work and often in state travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Traveling across Wisconsin to staff candidates, elected officials and VIPs at a variety of events, both internally created and external.
- Setting up events, including logistics and day-of needs, ahead of time.
- Updating trip memos, organizing internal documents, and trip calendars.
- Communicating with internal political, communications, and digital teams to keep teams synced on trip planning and ensuring proper follow up from meetings.
- Driving and staffing campaign surrogates to events around the state.
- Manage fast-moving deadlines and complex projects with multiple stakeholders and contributors.
- Navigate complex political relationships and prioritize responses or project delivery accordingly.
- Coordinate travel or other logistics, including booking venues, vendors, catering, equipment rentals, and more.
- On year requirements include working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary.

- Must manage highly confidential information with discretion.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid US Driver’s License and insurance required.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience of working in a political party or on an election campaign.
